Improvements or detriments of the individual apartments or premises will not impact the quota of ownership share of the community of owners.

One of our Spanish neighbours as built over the roof terrace, enlarging the 2nd floor bedroom.

Would this action not affect the quota.

Should he have building permission from the town hall and the community

Those actions need prmission from Local Council and community. If allowed, might affect the quota.
