You do your numbers... and agree on a monthly rent
start using the house, get to know it fully, as well as your neighbours, facilities around,.... advantages and disadvantages and then .....within a couple of years or three, you can decide if you finally want to buy it or not.
If you decided you want to purchase the house.... you will have had paid 0€ a month for the rental as all those monthly quotas will be deducted from the final price. How does it sound? A dream?
A rent to buy or rental with an option to buy contract.
We do not sell houses, but we think that it is a fantastic formula for those of you who want to move to Spain during this messy financial times.
