If you completed on your property, not being fully happy with the final product compared to what was offered in publicity, you still have fifteen years to ask for due compensation.

This is very short and to the point.
Does it mean that compensation can be sucessfully claimed if the promised beach club,hotel,spas,shops ,restaurants etc do not materialise ?
Is there case law for this?
Can the legal costs be recovered from the Developer? Or will the legal costs outstrip the compensation recovered?

Everyone who bought on El Valle are so disappointed. Lots of people have lost their homes and money because Polaris World did not finished the promised site. There is only 1 supermarket, I club house and golf shop and tennis court.
