Well done Maria and many thanks for all your endeavours to protect consumer rights. Keep up the good work as it is a long educative process that you have embarked upon. It cannot be stressed sufficiently how detailed legal analysis and a willingness to share and address some complex consumer issues and translate them into English in a concise and educative format is no mean feat! Neither can it be easy to address the many compromising legal issues that have arisen over this past decade, but here's to the next 1000 posts and to positive reform in the interim, to the hopeful benefit of all!
