Hi to all involved with Hacienda Guadalupe (OVP). We have been advised today by Global Aim that completion is now imminent. Surprised we weren't told by OVP - or maybe not! Anyhow, has anyone been down there recently and can you advise on the state of things? Looks like we are about to go on the same rollercoaster that our friends at Manilva Beach are already on! Any opinions about completing or otherwise would be welcome before we miss an opportunity to get some things sorted.

I'm an 'investor' at Hacienda Guadalupe (Ocen View). I've seen lots of threads and postings for some of their other properties but nothing for HG. Is anyone else out there with HG or am I looking in the wrong places?

Hi All

Just joined the forum today - impressive site by the way.

We're 'investors' with Hacienda Guadalupe (Ocean View).

We're a little surprised there aren't any other postings for HG yet. Is anyone else out there who knows what's going on? We need to talk to someone!!!! I suspect though that the issues are frighteningly similar to the threads concerning Manilva Beach and Estapona Beach.

Hope to hear from someone on the forum or by private mail.
