Hi All
Just joined the forum today - impressive site by the way.
We're 'investors' with Hacienda Guadalupe (Ocean View).
We're a little surprised there aren't any other postings for HG yet. Is anyone else out there who knows what's going on? We need to talk to someone!!!! I suspect though that the issues are frighteningly similar to the threads concerning Manilva Beach and Estapona Beach.
Hope to hear from someone on the forum or by private mail.

Have you tried registering with the development for Hacienda Guadalupe ?

Hi
Just joined today ,We own a property in El Parador, Hacienda Guadalupe, bought in August 2006 , we are wondering if anyone has any info on the caravan park opposite. I took a walk round Castillio Duquesa and they are bulding a huge thing next to it. I wonder about this with the 100 meter from the beach law. It doesnt make sense. There are developments springing up everywhere so who is granting permissions?

was buing a place in spain 5 years ago still going on , it was with ocean view the place is not being build so they offered us a place in hacienda guadalupe, as any one had dealings with ocean view properties good or bad i would like to here from you.
