Much to my dog's disgust, they are not allowed on the beach at any time of year. However, where I live, the risk of seeing a policeman is only high between June and September. I go very early or very late with my dog so that he can have his swim!

IBI is usually paid in August / September. Maddy, you need to check the other one with you bank. Someone has embargoed that amount in your account against a non payment. Hopefully a mistake but best to contact the bank.

We currently manage and have furnished a few properties on Princess Park so let me know if you need any advice on room sizes etc. In general, room sizes are generous and no problem for furnishing. Terraces are a little narrow so rectangular tables work best outside. There are no cubicles or bath screens, although in my experience mirrors have been installed in the ensuite bathroom but not the second bathroom.
