Hi,  My community fees went up from 60euros per month to 270 euros per quarter paid in advance.  This seems high to me considering the services received.  Hope this helps.

Hope someone can help!!  Our community keep calling EGMs.  I have notified three times of my new address and never received a notification or minutes of the meeting afterwards.  Am i legally entitled to these notifications?  At the last EGM the fees were raised by 15% even though i have been told it was not agreed (when i questioned this i was told between the developer and one other guy they have the majority).  What's the point in a meeting if these two guys can just agree everything anyway?  Also they have just had another meeting and put the fees up 40% - this is two increases in 3 months.  Can they just do as they please, they are now talking about levying us to build an outdoor pool- if they decide can they just do it?

Thanks

The Torre Bahia in Mojacar is nice and very reasonable.  Bella Vista is also lovely.

Hi, hope someone can help with my problem.  We completed on an apartment (in a block of 240) during January.  The solicitor signed on our behalf and told us we would be on builders electricity until everything was sorted.  We have now found out - a sub station needs to be built to enable the individual power for the apartments.  This is almost complete but the cables need to be ran underneath someone elses land.  This person will not allow it thus meaning we have constant power cuts when a lot of people use the electricity.  Do we have any comeback with the solicitor?  They never mentioned anything, and are now ignoring emails.  Also, the pool cannot be used as the pumps are not operating!  Any help or advice would be appreciated.
