Hi all,

Does anybody want to sell or know of anyone who wants to sell in Don Juan? I did post a message before and got some response but it was from people who wanted make alot of profit which is not what I am interested in.  I am looking at maybe someone who wishes they had not bought or who wants to sell prior to going to completion at around the same price they purchased. I am not interested in purchasing at just below "bank valuations" as these are always inflated to satisfy non-resident criteria.  I am fully aware of original purchase prices when sold from the developer including agent commissions and so please, no crazy prices so that we do not waste anyones time.

Although it may sound cynical I am possibly looking at what is described as "distress sales", where people need to sell before completion or wish they have not bought.

I know the area and development very well so please, no time wasters. This is a genuine enquiry for myself. Some blocks just do not appeal to me but I am open to looking at anything anyone has for sale. I can complete very quickly so hopefully this may help you.

HIFX are brilliant. That's not to say try another who has been recommended but I use HIFX and have never had a problem.

More recommendations are better that bad ones!!

Hi all,

regarding your charges from the developer about cancelling your mortgage, this is an illegal practice and you should ask your laywer to represent you in avoiding this charge. If they tell you other wise then I am afraid you have a laywer who either does not know their stuff or they are protecting the developer.
