We have recently moved back to the UK and hired a self drive one way van hire van to take the majority of our things back, unfortunately the van was not big enough for all our things. We then contacted lots of companies to get a rate to hire a van for a week to return to Spain and pick up the rest of our things but most refused to let us hire and then drive on the continent and the ones that did were a fortune so we bought a high roof long wheel base van with roof bars and brought it back our selves last week. The van is now going to be advertised for sale as we no longer need it as the job is done so anybody that is interested should contact us for details.

 I think prices on the over built coasts have taken a real battering but inland in the nicer areas they have managed to fair very well not losing too much so in the long run a good inland property should hold it's value in my opinion.

If there are so many properties about in that region for that sort of price why are you asking on here and not dealing with the agents as I would have thought they are the ones in the know.

E A S are a scam. They do not even print their address on the web page which should set alarm bells ringing. There has been various posts on this company over the last 2 years with advice to avoid them like the plague. Google their web page and see for yourself it looks like a 4 year old has produced it. Another tip is google their full name and then add 'forums' you will soon see what others are saying about them!!! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.

One of the other interesting things about companies like this is that as soon as you email them your name and telephone number you will be inundated with 'offers of help' form all four corners of the world. It is a fact that once a company like this have your details they then sell in onto other 'companies' who thing you are vulnerable or desperate.....
