I bought a plot in July 2005 but not started my build yet, would you know if I still have to pay the renta tax even though all I have is a piece of ground and no dwelling to rent!!

Can anyone recommend any of the above for a villa build in Banhavis? We have made contact with the selling agents/developers own recommendations but would like to get some independant opinions.

Would like to contact anyone who has bought a plot at Monte Mayor.  We bought a plot last year but have yet to start our build.   We are a little concerned about the pace of the infrastructure and other issues surrounding the development.
