Hi  - i am purchasing on Phase 4a with completion due in May  this year (will probably be later than this)My contract clearly states that if they do not complete by May than then are in breach of Contract and i can get a full refund od all deposits's,I have had my Lawyer confirm that this,however i am very scepitical about the spanish law and would like to consider attending the meeting.Could you PM me the details if that is possible so i can see if i can arrange to attend.Is there a charge to attend to cover the costs ?

 

Roda have confirmed that a letter is due to be sent out next week to confirm the completion dates and to detail the builders Mortgage.They have confirmed it will be definately complete this SUMMER !!  (that could Aug/Sept)

Is any forum members in Block 5 Phase 4 ,we have a Duplex Penthouse 2 bed and would be interested in speaking to any potential neighbours on any issues/sharing experiences etc.

I have invested in an apartment in Block 5 of Phase 4 at Roda.We where orginally told it would be complete in Spring 08 and are now being told it could be late 08/early 09.The contract states that completion will by 18 months from the "moment" License for Construction but they will not confirm when tis date will be,this effectively leaves the completion date completely open.My next deposit is due in 6 weeks time and do not really want to commit this without having a date for the completion agreed.

Is anyone in a similar situation as i would welcome any advice on whether i could contest the contract and get a date included at this stage ??
