This property is a 3 storey town house which is situated towards the rear of a complex, popular with local residents, English expats and holiday makers from around Europe and the UK.

Ground Floor
Lounge/diner—sofas, small Spanish television set and dvd player—dining table and chairs. Fitted kitchen with large fridge-freezer.
Ground floor shower room with sink and toilet.
First floor— Master Bedroom with double bed and balcony. Second bedroom with twin beds. Large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet
Top Floor further twin bedroom with en –suite shower room.. Sun terrace.
NB: All living rooms and bedrooms have large ceiling fans. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.
Doors and windows have fixed or lockable grilles which allow for open windows (extra ventilation) at night time.
The Area
The town of Santiago de la Ribera is a 15 minute stroll away. It is situated in the South of Spain and rests on the Mar Menor sea. It boasts a sunny meditteranean climate.
The Mar Menor is actually a huge salt-water lagoon which is separated from the Mediterranean by a narrow strip of land called the La Manga Strip (of golf and footballer fame). The mar menor is very calm and very warm – with a high salt content It is believed to have medicinal properties and is good for skin complaints. It is a perfect early swimming experience for young children as it starts very shallow and is easy to float.

A bustling local market is held every Wednesday in Santiago de la Ribera and is just a 5 minute walk away from the property. Here you can buy anything from clothing , watches and leather goods to fresh fruit and veg. Don’t forget to haggle! Other nearby markets are held on various days throughout the week.
Restaurants along the seafront offer varied and interesting menus with amazing views of the harbour and beaches.

A 20 minute boat trip from the pier takes visitors over the Mar Menor to the famous La Manga Strip.

There is a baker's van each morning which stops outside the property selling croissants/bread/eggs etc.

Numerous golf courses are within easy driving distance.
