MAR MENOR GOLF, Los Alcazares, Villa for rent

This really is a superb fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa in a very desirable area which is only a 2 minute walk to the tennis courts, bars and restaurants of the Mar Menor Golf resort, just outside of Los Alcazares.
The villa has gas central heating for the winter months and air con throughout as well as fly screens. The furnishings are very tasteful and top quality. There are 3 bathrooms (two with showers and one with a full size bath) with heated towel rails. All bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Downstairs there is a large lounge/dining room, bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen with a separate ulitity room housing the washer and boiler.
At the rear of the property there is a large patio, private enclosed garden with hot tub and garden furniture. The garden overlooks the golf course. There is a communal pool near the villa. At the front of the villa there is a small lawned area and room for off road parking. Upstairs there is a good sized solarium/sun terrace which again faces the golf course at the rear.
The beautiful seaside town of Los Alcazares,(also known as Spain's hidden gem) with its 7 km promenade and sea views is less than a 10 minute drive away. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, banks, schools, medical centre etc etc as well as the famous Blue Flag beaches of the Mar Menor. San Javier (Murcia) airport is only 10 minutes away. A small pet may be allowed and English TV and Internet are no problem in this area.
This is a lovely villa in a great location and early viewing is recommended.
