Lovely, new 1st floor, spacious and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with balcony overlooking the nature reserve located in a quiet area of La Vereda de Sucina, which boasts a private, communal pool with spacious, open views of the village of Sucina and surrounding area. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and ceiling fan, and the other has 2 single beds, both with fitted wardrobes. Additionally, there is a comfortable pull-out couch in the living room to sleep an additional 2 people. Both bathrooms have showers and a full bath in one. A TV and a second ceiling fan are in the living area. There is private, secure underground parking with lift access to the apartment.
While a restaurant, supermarket, and a bar are located within the complex, a short, 2 minute stroll to the friendly village of Sucina will bring you to more restaurants and take-aways, banks, a health centre, a church, and several shops.
Sucina is a quiet, Spanish village, 12km inland from Murcia´s Mediterranean shore, near the Columbares mountains. This allows you to enjoy the coast at will, but also enables you to retreat to serene surroundings when you want them.
GOLF: The stunning new La Peraleja (Seve Ballesteros) and Hacienda Riquelme (Jack Nicklaus) courses are both located within 3km from the complex. Additionally the following courses are all located within a 25 minute drive, for more information on any of the courses look at www.clubmurcia.com, they can also book tee times for you.
BEACHES: While the nearest beach and warm, safe waters of the Mar Menor are only a 15 minute drive away, some of the finest Blue Flag beaches in Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida all sit within a 30 minute radius of Sucina. The Waterparks at Torrevieja are a 20 minute drive.
CULTURE: The historical cities of Cartagena and Murcia are within a 25 minute drive . Sucina is ideal if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism and yet it is within easy reach of local resorts, golf courses and places of interest.
As Sucina is so centrally located to many activities, a car is recommended, but bus transportation is available, as is an airport pick-up and return service. Murcia San Javier airport is 15 minutes away, and Alicante airport is a 50 minute drive. The roads are new and excellent to either airport.
Please note: For short-term lets, the booking deposit is 20% of the rental price, plus 100 euros as security deposit. For long-term lets, 1 month's rent is required as a security deposit, plus 1 month in advance.
