This large and spacious 3 bed townhouse is located in the lovely village of Manilva, on the Costa del Sol. The townhouse is on an urbanisation which was completed five years ago and enjoys a large communal area with pool and gardens.

At the front of the house is a car port for one car. The house is on three levels.

The bottom floor is the large living and dining area, leading to a large terrace at the back of the house. There is also a good sized kitchen and a downstairs cloakroom.

The first floor comprises of the master bedroom and two second bedrooms, all good sizes. The master bedroom has a full-size ensuite and the other two rooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a small terrace off it and a small balcony too.

This townhouse is exceptionally large for a new property, as most new townhouses are generally very small inside. Not this one though! It is also ideally located in the village meaning you can walk in to the local bars and enjoy the constant fiestas and entertainment in the village.

All bedroom have fully fitted wardrobes and air conditioning is installed throughout the house. Only a soft, dining room table and chairs and a double bed in the master bedroom are included with the property.
