The lively resort of Mojacar Player is around 20 minutes away by car and the hilltop location of Mojacar Pueblo makes it a must see visitor attraction. The property has full air conditioning/heating. There are various golf courses in the area including Desert Springs and Valle de Este. The fishing village of Villaricos is about 1km away and the naturist beach at Vera Playa is about 5 minutes by car.

The apartment is in an ideal location to explore the beautiful small coves and deserted beaches all along the coast road from Villaricos to San Juan, another delightful town about 20 minutes drive from Palomares.
