Description

This is a lovely south west facing, ground floor apartment situated in a small U shaped community, which overlooks the new Saurinas de la Torre golf course. It is only 15 minutes from the Mar Menor and many fabulous blue flag beaches , 15 minutes from San Javier airport or an easy one hour motorway drive from Alicante airport. It is only 15 km from the new Corvera airport which is due to open sometime in 2012.

It is steps from the golf course, and only a FEW minutes stroll to the town center and shops (currently under construction but bar & restaurant, Coppola's and new supermarket due to open in Feb 2011) . There is a small shop on site which is Open Mon - Friday at the moment , and Roldan is only a 15 minute cycle, or 5 minute car ride away with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants and a petrol station. The planned Paramount Theme Park is likely to be close by, as all of the area's mentioned as possible locations for the park are within a 20 minute drive of TLTGR. There are other restaurants (Chinese buffet , Indian which does Deliveries , Pizza, Spanish etc ) only 5 minutes by car at Balsicas , where you can also catch the train to Murcia (20 minutes north) or Cartagena (15 minutes south). La Torre Golf Resort is only 5 minutes away, and you can use all the facilities there.

The apartment has a large covered outdoor terrace, furnished with a dining table and six chairs and new comfortable rattan lounge furniture, for the ultimate outdoor living experience.

There is a small private garden which overlooks the communal pool and a roof terrace which affords spectacular views across the golf course and towards the Mar Menor and La Manga strip.

Inside, it is a real home from home , well furnished , with everything you could possibly need to make for a perfect break.

There is one twin bedroom and one kingsize bedroom , a small lounge with flat screen TV ( with English, Spanish and Other European language channels) , DVD , playstation , portable iPod player and a selection of games, books and DVD's.

There is an open plan kitchen / eating area inside and again, everything you could possibly need is there for you to use. Whether you decide to cook a full meal, or just sit on the terrace and enjoy a drink. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for your use.

Beach towels, hairdryer and straightners are available and this helps reduce the amount of luggage you need to bring. A set of golf clubs, bicycles and a gas BBQ can be provided on request , for a small aditional fee of € 15 per item per week.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning ( Which is Also heating for winter months) in the main living area and master bedroom and ceiling fans in the second bedroom and lounge .

This is our own holiday home we will be sharing with you , so please do not consider renting it unless you will treat it as such and respect it .

A damage / breakage deposit of £200 is required with every booking which includes a £ 50 non refundable rental deposit. Full payment is required six weeks prior to arrival date. £150 Damages deposit will be return to you Within 14 days of departure , following Satisfactory Inspection by Our property management company . For booking made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment including the £150 security deposit will be required on booking. Check in and out times can be flexible to suit early/late arrivals and departures.

Each booking is subject to an end clean & laundry fee of €70, payable directly to my property manager on arrival.

My property manager will meet you at the property to hand over keys , show you round and answer Any questions you May have.

A 10% discount on weekly rentals fees will be Offered to Anyone booking two weeks or more, repeat guests , or Those booking six months or more in advance .

Anyone Who has Purchased on Terrazas and is requiring rental for duration of snagging / completion visits , a nightly rate of €35 will Apply and will be subject to the same security deposit and cleaning fees.

Mid stay cleans Can Be Offered for Stays of 2 weeks or more, for € 50.

There is a strict NO smoking policy for this property, including outside terraces. If any evidence is found of smoking following departure, this will result in automatic loss of security deposit.
