The newly opened course comprises of the ‘Bears’ best 18 holes he has ever designed. You also have beautiful views of the mountains. The communal pool is situated to the left apartment, between Penthouse 8 & 9.

Condado de Alhama is situated close to Mazarron, and is also ideally situated for visiting Cartagena and Murcia City which has many historical sites and shopping centres.

San Javier Airport is a 45 min drive and Alicante is 1 hour 15 minutes. The new airport at Corvera will be a 20 min drive away; this is expected to be ready in 2011. If you decide not to drive then, there is also a local taxi & private hire services on site at CDA, collection and drop off's to the airport is available. Welcome packs (from 25 euros) or Celebration packs (from 35 euros) are available on request at time of booking. There is a "compulsory cleaning charge" of 65 euro’s per stay payable to the property key holder.
