This stunning luxury Penthouse Apartment is situated on the edge of an impressive pine and eucalyptus forest known as the Natural Park that runs parallel to a beach of golden sand. A walk through the woods through pathways leading to this natural beach will only take approximately 10-15 minutes.

The Penthouse will sleep up-to 6 people and has extended views over that Natural Parquet Natural (forest) with the sea and the marina distance. It is just 5 minutes walk from a MasyMas supermarket and a 10-15 minute walk from many shops, bars and restaurants.

We have another apartment (The Precioso Apartment) on the third floor of the same building that sleep up to 5. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped to a high standard to include satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen washing machine. Both the Penthouse roof terrace and the balcony of the Precioso Apartment overlook the swimming pool and private gardens.

All bed linen, towels, beach towels and end of term clean are included in the price. A welcome pack is provided. Animals and larger groups are welcome. Airport service is also available a local rate

We cater for everyone, from families looking for a 'beach holiday' to couples who are looking for a romantic location. Nature lovers, walkers and cyclists can also enjoy the surroundings and the forest.

We can also accommodate larger groups visiting the area to take advantage of the local golf courses. There are three golf courses closeby, which are Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas.

You do not need to rent a car during your vacation in Puerto Pinar Apartments from the bus station is 10 minutes walk where there are buses that will take you to every corner of the Costa Blanca. The travel agency in Guardamar also runs a bus service to major attractions including Torrevieja 39; s magnificent water park in Benidorm Terra Mitica Benidorm Palace for a great price.

We can offer short term holiday lettings or longer winter lettings. Why not escape the dreary winter weather in search of sunshine...longer winter lets available from October to May inclusive. Book four weeks or more (including during Christmas, New Year and Easter) and pay £135 per week for 'The Penthouse Apartmnt' and £130 per week for 'The Precioso Apartment'. These prices include all amenity charges including heating, linen, towels, beach towels and end of term clean!

Both of our apartments have heating to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We also have both Satellite English and Spanish television programmes available via a modern flat screen TV. There is also a DVD player with many up to date DVDs available for your use.
