The aspect of the villa gives sunshine from dawn till dusk, but the terraces are all around the house, so there is always shade if this is required.

Except for the kitchen, utility room and bathrooms, which are tiled, the floors throughout are of light reflecting pale creamy marble, as is the stunning open feature staircase.
Auxilliary solar heating for the water is very effective, and saves gas.
The central vacuum cleaning system is also very effective and desirable.
The valuation for mortgage on completion, was 448,000 euros, and a further 15,000 euros was spent on finishings, furnishings and the garden.
The master bedroom has patio doors to a private balcony, with an en-suite bathroom with in-bath shower.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, central heating and air conditioning.
The villa is actually in Gea y Truyols district, and not Torre-Pacheco as in the heading ( the nearest big town on the drop-down list!)
