The village is located on the border of the Nature Reserve in the Sierra Tejada. It also is the starting path for the climbers wanting to go the summit of Mt Moroma.
Hiking, walking in the reserve area is fantastic with waterfalls, picnics areas, natural rock pools and freshwater springs. Bird life is excellent and abundant wildlife is found everywhere.
There is a very large municipal swimming pool in a beautiful setting with a bar and restaurant on hand.
Restaurants and tapas bars are all within a minute or two’s walk from the front door.

The beach at Torre del Mar is a 15-minute drive.
