I see in the notice they mention ¨Billing for communal areas (swimming pool, watering, etc.) will vary according to each meter¨. When I read that it seems to say that we all will be paying for the water that goes into the pool and other non apartment places - I am wondering why do I pay monthly fees if this is not included in this amount?

You got a better deal than I did - I ended up paying 316,60 € (107,80 tax + 208,80 fees). - need to go and find a joke on what is the difference between a solictor and day light robbery.

just wondering did anyone take the measurements for length and width of rooms + door + patio door sizes - I have the area measurements but the length + width would be good - also did anyone sort out air conditioning yet?

Just curious how did you furnish it - some ideas were rent a van and go to Ikea but I would be interested to hear how you did this?
Also is there a rep from Arenal still onsite there as Elena is not answering any of my emails as I wanted to check if my electricity had been turned on ?
