Debt collectors in Costa blanca

Is there such a thing as debt collectors, as we would deary love to know what is lawful here.  Do they also have baliffs to remove belongings.  Wanting to pursue  unpaid rents with tenants.

I have a small townhouse on Costa blanca, and have furnished it, and equipped it for myself.  I have had a message from my solicitor that I have to pay wealth tax.  My question is? Is it possible to off-set the cost of equipping the house with furniture against this tax, I do not rent the house out, do this matter or not.  A friend said it does matter.

Please can someone help with this question.

I have just visited the marina dor complex, over at Oropresa del Mar, Castellon.

I really do like it there, and I bought an apartment off plan.  It is now completed, but I feel I was miss sold it.

I bought second line beach, front line golf, but the golf has never materialized and from the new project I have just seen, in Cabanes it will never happen.  I have seen a building right next to my apartment building under construction and asked the what it was, it is a new electrical generator plant, not what I expected to hear.  Has anyone else bought here and been told front line golf.  I would like to take this up with the company, but want to know how many more there are of us.

I was also informed it was a good investment for rental, what a total lie, that was, long lets less than 1/2 the amount I have to pay on the mortgage, and I still have to fund the community and all the unforseen charges.

Is it possible to part exchange a house in Spain and what are the legal implications, taxes etc?

I would like to downsize and have a mortgage on a property the people intrested in buying would like to takeover the current mortgage and save on costs, I would then be free to buy a smaller apartment is this possible?

I want to rent out my apartment on the marina dor complex in Oropresa del mar, but company have their own managment team and keep rents in the area really low.  I bought this apartment as an investment, and was promised a good return, but it looks like it was all lies.  I still want to rent it, but I dont know anyone that has had any success up in that area.  I have taken details from some estate agents but it does not look promising.  Anyone know of a good rental company in that area,  it is costa azahar, near castellon.
