Please can you advise me why my name is on your black list of unpaid community fees, when I made the 1st payment in april, and at the same time set up direct debit, I have even shown you the receipt I had from the bank, after you continually harrassed my daughter for the money last week. (which is unacceptable, when i asked you to confirm non receipt to myself immediatley, so I could chase up the problem) I am still awaiting a reply from laura and yourself as to where my money has gone.
for this reason I beleive you have acted unprofessionly with the petty literature you have used in your recent newsletter concerning this matter, and I certainly disagree on the process you have followed to obtain the monies.
I agree that everyone has to pay the fee, as this was agreed prior to purchase, however I feel you should of contacted individuals whos monies you have not recieved as yet, in a written format to make them aware that there is a problem as there maybe a lot more people who have paid and the error has occured.
I think you should then send them a legal letter individually, with costs attached so the community does not suffer the penalties.
Having worked in a debt profession I have never experienced anything as imature and unprofessional to the process and litarture you have used on this occasion.
I am very dissapointed that I have been shamed into publicly processing this statement on this site, as I certainly did not move here to deal with all this nonsense.
