I have had my roda apartment on with Overseas Keys now for a few months and am very happy. They seem to be the only ones that really advertise with the travel companies as well as the usual rental websites which all the other 2 or 3 man outfits do and Overseas Keys get those rentals in, key meets are no problem either at my apartment or the airports and with no extra charges ! Makes a refreshing change! I´m on phase 3 at corvera so no rush for me yet, however will definitely be going with these guys, they have loads of staff and i think they´re going places !

p.s. forgot to say that the forms i had down loaded from the internet were the old ones and were incorrect, and if i hadn´t had the local advice it would have gone horribly wrong. also the requirements for each area are different so a little local knowledge really helps out here. Incidentally, a mate of mine applied in manchester for his nie number and had to pay 65 quid ! and it took 11 weeks for it to be delivered to spain!!! good luck all!

Hi all. just to let you know i used a company called easynie based in murcia, tel 678 112 009. chap collected me from my hotel, took me to murcia (queues not 2 bad) did the application. the certificate was available a week later and he collected it and dropped it off at my solicitors, and even emailed me the numbers ! Great job done. It definitely helps having someone local to (a) find the way to the nie station (b) speak on your behalf to the locals and also (3) to collect the form to save youhaving to extend your stay. it cost about 85 € but definitely worth doing.

Hi there. we used a guy called Paul Armstrong on 669 260 435. very helpful. this was last year and things were slightly different i.e. credit crunch! however he bent over backwards and got us a great interest only deal. he knows all the bank products inside out. hope this helps. g luck!
