Just read seen your enquiry, only just got to grips with forums

I may be able to help as I am a key holder for 15+ apartments in the complex, as well as other complexes..  Have got an arrival tomorrow as it happens. Which block are you in  ? I hold keys for all blocks except 4.

I manage  15+ properties here and have found out today that all being well, that all the lifts should all be working by the 19th march,  oh !!  and the pools, they  should be ready by April, although it will be necessary for a lifeguard in be present on the main pools outside your block but not any others. 

If you require any further info, let me know as I am there at least once a week. And likewise if anybody else would like the same , let me know.

That's interesting.  I got my NIE last week in Fuengirola  ( not the little card yet )   I downloaded the form from the ministry  EX14 took it in all filled in correctly,  and a very nice English chap at the desk told me I had the wrong form and where did I get it.  He subsequently gave me EX 16 to fill in, made me an appointment for the next day and hey presto...

All I had to take in was a photocopy of my passport and proof of payment to the bank (  oh yes I forgot that one... I had to pre pay €6.80 in the bank )  ...

What is the difference between EX 14 and EX 16 ??

Thanks Pat ... Yes done Google search, all I can find is that, if you are outside the Uk for more that 183 days, then the uk class you as being a non resident for tax etc.,, and should pay tax in that country.  So i'm looking for the best option.. As i'm not currently on their payroll.
