has anyone on this site originally bought through Arribas homes I know they were involved in many sales we bought through them and they paid the developers they said they only got a third of the guarantees and we were paid 30%of our money and have 70%un paid as they paid the developers and not ourselves how is the best way to get our deposits back

has anyone contacted arribba homes about them taking on the banks to get back deposits as they were the ones that paid the deposits into the developers account 30% has already been retrieved but there is another 70% to get back and if they are not prepared do take on the banks are they liable for money to be returned

It was against bbva now that the laundering developers are bust I hope everyone takes the legal route choose your legal representatives carefully it worked for me

great news after my case was won in early 2013 the bank appealed and today their appeal has failed, we will receive costs and interest a brilliant outcome this is due to Maria and her team at costaluz lawyers who have done a great job I personally would recommend them if you are thinking of trying to get your deposits back
