I´m hunting around for the best mortgage deal at the moment.

I have seen ING who offer Euribor + 0.33%.  No opening commission to pay and I can pay off capital for free too.  They will lend me up to 90% of the value of the property.

Sounds streets ahead of all the others. 

So what´s the catch???????
