05 Aug 2010 15:00:We purchased on Duqessa Fairways in 2004.no bank guarantee,and the developer has gone under bankruptcy protection.he offered us our money back in 4 cheques,then he was under the care of the courts,and ,we are now fighting all the way.

Friday, June 27, 2008:Has anyone heard anything more about "jale" the developer of Duquesa Fairways.The solicitor does not give us any updates, and when you are over in England,you dont know weather to sit tight or just let this situation take its course.We are currently on the creditors list in Cadiz.Just thought there may be someone in a similar situation.....

06 Apr 2007 2:29 PM:Hi,just advised the solicitor to cancel our property in Duquesa Fairways Estepona.Its about 4 years in total,almost 2 years overdue.Apparantly the builder has just offered our money back in full.Will wait in anticipation.We have only waited 2 weeks for this information,it seems too good to be true.
Has anyone else experienced this situation in Duquesa.........carol
