05/11/2012 08:55:00:If your lawyer lets you know the minute they have any news, you are very lucky, if you think not contacting a clent when the case has been to court and letting the client know the decision is acceptable, or having a telephone appointment, which i had to make to the lawyers mobile, cut short, as lawyer said it was noisy, and would try and find somewhere better, i took it that meant they would phone me back, no they didn't ,but at least emailed me. i replied to that email, resent it last week, and it will be 3 weeks tomorrow and i am still awaiting a reply.

03/11/2012 00:14:00:I would love to take part in this poll, think anonomous would be best, to get a true reflection of Marias clients, although i think Maria is an important part of eyeonspain, equallly it is a good advert for her company, and it gets my back up, and i am sure many of her clients when she replies to eyeonspain, and takes over 2 weeks to reply to me, still awaiting a reply , a paying client, i don't think this is acceptable, or proffesional, however Maria decides to answer this, seems she doesn;t like criticism, yes she has won lots of cases, but not as easily as it seems, and if her clients that are singing her praises are happy with the level of service we have recieved, it is not right , even if Maria won my case, i would still not be happy with the service that i have paid good money for, has been dealt with, makes me feel like some clients get preferential treatment. or will not give a true reflection of how they feel in case it jeopadises there case. as i have felt for 5 years but enough is enough.

14/09/2012 23:57:00:We have belived in Maria and her team for 5 years, yes 5 years not every case is solved quickly, but what i am disappointed in is Maria and her team keeping us updated on our case, our appeal was in court june 2012 after 5 years we are waiting for news on our case, as you can imagine, we think out case is held on a particular date in June and email Maria and her team asking for an update on our case as soon as possible (maybe i am deluded expecting the answer to this on the date the appeal went to court in SPAIN , Even so i did ask for a response as soon as possible, was told no problem but could take a month for the answer, after 5 years i know the courts in Spain do not work during the month of August,, i ask for an update on 12 th September, by now i am really annoyed as it is now nearly 3 months since our case was in court, we have now been informed we have lost our appeal, today 14th September, yet this decision was decided on 25th July 2012.
