Hi All,
I am a new owner at Roda, having been very lucky to pick up a resale from the new sales office. Although not greatly reduced, I am happy with my purchase, as it came fully furnished.
When looking I was more interested in location and views within the resort, and found that the re sales office had a greater selection of property in Phases 1 & 2, than the main sales office. I found the staff, all english very helpful and accomadating and they showed me property over a period of three days without any pressure.
As I have now completed my purchase on Phase 1, I would like the advice of owners in that Phase of any problems that they have encountered on their property as although I have brought basically second hand the previous owners have not used the property, and would like to know what to check for.
I look forward to hearing any responses.
