Can you confirm when the payment will be taken out of our banks?

How/Who do we speak to to set up the direct debit to pay the water charge monthly (or is it quarterly)

Also I have just read that the pool is now open but we need a new key (yes I do pay my community tax) . We are coming out of the 28th July and wanted to know how I get it?

Can anyone advise me if the problem of unpaid community charges is being resolved.

The last time I read agm meeting minutes the community had a major problem with people not paying and therefore improvements to the urbanisation not taking place.

Have we still got a problem of non payers? and if so what is being done about it as this affects us all especially those living there all year round.
