In your area the payments are handled by the Suma office, if you pop into your local office you can pay by a bank card, that will bring everything up to date,  then at the same time ask them to set up a direct debit for the IBI in future, take you bank details with you so you have them ready, job done

I have a 1000cc bike in Spain and find the traffic is more aware of motorcycles here that a lot of places, we used to tour all round Europe for years and the place i keep coming back to is Spain,  great roads and weather , i drive a car and also cycle and feel much more vulnerable at home in the UK than here, heat can be a problem but if it's over 25c I don't bother riding anyway, to sum it up for me Spain is the top destination in Europe for riding a motorcycle,  only place that would come anywhere near it a Austria, Enjoy!

We were looking into buying a new car last year, all the car dealers in your area will and do speak perfect english so the language will not be a problem,  we visited no nissan dealers but the Ford dealer in Altea and Javea and there were discounts to be had.

One thing to watch out for if you are looking at web site's for dealers is there pricing often include Plan Pive so unless you have a old car for part ex that discount wont apply to you, also look out for cheaper prices stated that are subject to you taking out a finance agreement on a rather large balance!!

With regards to OP you should check at a weight station if you suspect you are over weight before you go, the laws regarding limits are EU law's so you stand the risk of prosecution anywhere you go if you are driving an overweight vehicle.

What ever the limit may be you should remember this is the all up weight including driver and passengers, also depending on the issue date of your licence you may be limited to 3500kg all up so worth checking

You are correct Brian, gas is gas, there are a 2 types for general heating , propane and butane, i dont know the company you mention but i am thinking they may just have purchased your particular contract from Repsol. 

You should have your gas conections checked every 5 years, normally the supplier will do this free of charge, the only thing you need to be on your toes about i guess is if the new company are still sending propane through the system which is the same as before but they tell you that this and that meeds to be changed, if its the same type of gas then unless faulty nothing needs to be changed 

I am assuming they are a good company so won't do anything underhand but its worth keeping you wits about you
