I would love to talk to someone renting from Rago.  We put a deposit on a nice place in Salamanca and want to pay the full 5 months in advance.  They seem to have a bunch of hoops they want us to jump through mostly about our ability to pay.  They don't seem to understand we want to prove our ability to pay by paying.  Any insights?

Hi,

New Guy here.  I need info on the hoops we need to jump through.  My wife is registered at Salamanca U.  Classes start Oct 3rd. 
What is the situation with Visas?  Do we both need one or just her?  Can we go through the process after we get there or do we need to do it before we leave the US?
