Hi

We did our NIE numbers at the consulate in Manchester  .  They charge about 22 pounds each administration fee and we recieved them by post to our UK address within 7 weeks.  The staff at the consulate were very helpful they helped with the filling in of the forms   but you do need to print your forms off the spanish gov web site

Hi

there is a mothercare in the condominium shopping centre in mucia near Ikea   They are are a bit more expensive than in the uk but have most things.

Have a look at www.all4kidshire.com  they may be of use if grandchildren are very young
