We are planning to get the ferry to Santander next month and then drive down to Malaga from there.

We think it will take us about 24 hours of mostly continuous driving to complete the journey?  Is that a good approximation?

We're going to be spending Christmas with some friends and want to drive down to see them.

I was on the beach at the weekend but it's just in the evenings where I'm really starting to feel the cold a bit.  Don't get me wrong, it's not freezing but you may just need that quilt for bedtime.

The beach should still be alright most days but the water is quite cold here now.

Although I'm retired I was rather hoping to get a little job to keep me busy most days, just a part time job really.

The problem is that I just can't seem to find one.  It's all bar work everywhere and sales jobs and I don't think that's really me.  Anyone any idea where I can find some part time work, like admin or something?  Not sure where to look.

Is it just me or is it definitely getting colder in the evenings now? 

For the first time in ages we actually blew the dust off our quilts as it was actually quite chilly last night where we are in Benalmadena.  I hope it doesn't get too cold now.  this is my first year in Spain and I was rather hoping for warm weather all year round :)

By the way, thanks EOS Team for starting these forums, just what we needed.
