 Thanks very much for the info. it was just that I had read on an earlier thread that  if your mortgage was higher than the 72k, the management company used Axa to cover the difference.

Does anyone know of any reasonable car hire companies from Alicante airport that offer a full to full fuel policy. Have been charged crazy amounts on paying for a full tank on collection.
