Surely this section clearly says that the 30 days for "after votes" is from when they are advised of the voting for or against agenda items at the meeting. Therefore this timing must be from when we receive the minutes of the meeting otherwise we have no knowledge of what votes were taken or the results.

In our community it regularly takes months before the minutes are distributed. This year the administrators did email to say that the Fees & Budget had been approved but did not mention anything else that was on the agenda.

Great news that the development infrastructure is progressing. Volcanic Ash cloud permitting we are due at La Canada next week so can update this news then. We plan to be there for a couple of months so maybe we might even see some movement on the roundabout!!!!!

It is a shame about the break ins down below La Canada but as we were advised by friends, during building work on a development there almost always seems to be a greater number of break ins.

Hi there

As the community has already neeb formed for both Phase 1 & 2 I do not understand why Quara still wants "community fees" money in this 1000 Euros. I would suggest that your lawyer queries why Quara are still asking for this money as they are no longer "running" the community for either Phase of this development so have no costs incurred!!!!!!
