We own an appartment in block 10 and have been out on quite a number of occassions this year, and whilst we agree with what everyone is saying about enforcing community rules I certainley would not critisise our President and the committee!!! Remember that these people all moved to Spain to retire and have a better quality of life! and taking part whether being President or Committee member is all VOLUNTARY!!!. I think we should be asking the Administrator for answers.It would certainly help the situation if the security guards did the job that they are getting paid to do.But again I do not know what is in their job description!! These are important questions that should be getting asked at our AGM.But we would like to thank Peter and the committee for everything that they have done, their job has not been easy,and yes they have been pro active.

Hi Gordon,
thanks for the photos,looks fab.Robert and I are going out on the 4th of February for a week to sign over the papers,hopefully everything will go well and we will get some sunshine while were over there!!Cant wait to settle everything.If anyone else is there at that time it would be great to meet up. We Are in bloc 10 1c.But will be staying at Panorama Park for a few nights.

Hi Barry,
We bought into phase two 2nd floor in block 10 in July last year,and we also asked at the time if we could make any changes to our furniture pack,,as I did not want the curtains or the beds,but we were told that it was a complete package and that we could not make any changes. Some of the information that these agents seem to be giving out is wrong.Hopefully it wont be too long before completion. We are going out again on the 14th of October for a week, if anyone would like to meet up for a chat and a drink or coffee.It would be really nice to meet some of our neighbours.We stay at our friends appt in Panorama park which is very friendly,hopefully La Recolleta will be the same.

Hi Gordon,
Looking good!! Hopefully it wont be too long before we get our letters saying that phase two is ready,it must be close now. We are going out from the 14th of October until the 21st if anybody is around for a chat over some wine it would be really nice to meet our neighbours.
Someone had a querie about changing some of the furniture pack,we have always known that we couldnt change any of it,some agents are obviously giving out the wrong information.
