Hi/

bought a spanish property in 2008 for the then current market value which has fallen in value by at least a further 70,000 Euros. Have now received a tax demand  for 5000 Euros as the Spanish tax authorities believe that we bought the property in 2008 for 60,000 euros less than the indicated castoral value. Feel mugged!!!   Is there any appeal or is it a case of grin and pay it. How and where would you pay this tax demand?
