Hi coastaluz is taking action against bank at the supreme court not Huma for failing to issue bank guarantees.  They think we have a strong case has anyone else took this step.

Hi started court proceedings against Huma over 5 years ago with costaluz lawyers won court case recieved nothing now costaluz want 7,260 euros to take it to supreme court , is anyone else with them?  Have you received the same email.  Am I just wasteing more money?

I have been quoted £1.260.00 as a start off fee but could end up costing as much as £6.636,51if solictor has to take huma right through the court process. Does anyone know if this seems a fair price.
