They gave us back our S1 but we have waited 3 months to get the social security  card for one of us, mine has disapeared so we can only go to register one of us with the local doctor.  Hey ho, it was far easier living in the Far East. Keep positive.

Hello there

 

we recently appplied for our health card here in Estapona. Just take along the SI and copies and originals of everything else, that is what we did. It says on the S1 on the information exactly what you need. Remember your NIE original as well. Best go along and be prepared for a long wait, we waited for 2 hours.  Then it takes 3 months for the document you need to access the health system here. So keep your E111 until you finally get your health card.

I am wanting to bring from North Wales my KIRBY vacuum down to Costa Del Sol. I am looking for someon who is either driving back to UK and then back to Spain who may go near Chester, Manchester, North Wales, Llandudno. Or, is there a company that picks up single items to add to a container or lorry to bring down to Near Estapona, Gibraltar etc.  If you can help me with advice please message me.

I think you need to take them back to the office in Estapona with the original and ask them to change it.  They are quite helpful now, just be patient.

Hello all Members.

 

We are retired and live on Casares Del Sol. We are full time residents here and are also  fully official. NiE etc.  If any of you want help please let us know, especilly on Casares Del Sol, reading meters, checking your apartments etc etc.  There are new rule books out now too.

 

We have travelled all over the world and been expats for some 30 years so know a thing or too. We are very happy here and love the climate Spain has to offer. Although it is raining today.

 

We do offer help with advice on legal matters, cars, bills, cleaning etc. No charge just become a friend.
