i have all-inclusive insurance with Liberty Seguros. i had an accident on the 30^th of November 2018.

The car in front of me stopped quickly, and I did the same. but the 16-seater bus behind me did not.

My car was shunted from behind and I hit the car in front of me. the car is a right off.

I have a police report stating it was the bus drivers’ fault.

But my insurance company  Liberty Seguros have not paid me out yet and I have requested for a layer. On 4 occasions and they told me one would be in contact but nothing. I have no car and the car had only 30.000 k on the clock.

PLEASE can someone advise me what I should do
