hi

has anybody heard of a wealth tax?  It is paid to the Spanish government and i believe is calculated on the value of your property?

So far i believe there is the

 1. property management charge

2. local murcia tax

3. Wealth tax, can anybody confirm???????

Is there any where you can buy 2nd hand/reconditioned bike.

Appreciate we can hire but as we are a family needing bikes for 3 adults and 2 children it can prove very expensive.
