In short, this was illegal and you are fully entitled to recover your 20 % overpayment

 

You should have paid only 15 %  - in line with european legislation.

 

Various companies will "help" you to recover your money.

 

Genuinely, please dont use a company that charges any upfront fees, and try to avoid paying over 30 % if successful.

 

His company will put you in touch with a top 10 law firm (offices all over Spain) and not charge you any upfront fee.
