Hi kicker we have a nice reformed finca in a rural vilage near Iznajar lovely green area of spain with the main industry being olive growing.It is 50 mins from Malaga and the same from Granada for airport runs.There are 2 good schools in the area swimming pools 3 <.piscinas> and central to travel to sevile Granada Rhonda cordoba and costa del sol.It is inland and is starting to become the jewel in the crown to purshase there the prices will start to rise due to a new airport in Antequera being built to help with the overspill from malaga airport .The propertys for sale in the area mainly consist of traditional Andalucian town and rural houses but the solicitor we dealt with was thourogh in searching for any problems and it is totaly legaly ours we to got caught up in the issue of the ALMANZORA COUNTRY CLUB and are now happy and very pleased with our own peice of spain . Thanks for your post halgate with the issue about construction workers on the spanish building sites you will find most of the hard labouring jobs are carried out by casual laboures mostly north african cash in hand but have work visas they are paid at an hourly rate .Spain does not have unemployment services like us in the uk so the vast magority of workers on building sites are not naturals in spain i hope that answers your question.Graham

If anybody on this web sight saw SELLING A PROPERTY ABROAD on chanel 4 two weeks ago the jhunta of andalucia the new caretakers of planning have 40000 developments to review that means units not country clubs or golf clubs.However 4000 will probably demolished because of fraudulent planning by the arested parties in malaga .It was said by the new planning deparments it wil probably take up to 5 years to proccess all the planning on all new developments passed previousley by the now extinct planning department..Another member on this web sight has stated they live in spain and there are so many new builds at a stand still i have been to spain alot in the past few years it is totaly acurate .Any body waiting for the ACC go ahead will have to wait a long long time .Have a good think about what i have posted.Graham

Hi justin i do not want to upset the balance of this forum i was just asking for a question of how do i contact the people who have contacted me by personal e mail it is the first time i have started to comunicate on this web sight and i do not know how to navigate myself to the people who were kind enough to contact me on my own e mail on aol there is nothing suspiciouse about what i posted graham.
