I am close to purchasing off plan on the Zeniamr development near Punta Prima & Playa Flamenca for rental and private use. Does anyone reccomend any management companies in the area. Also any advice and tips on maximising rental potential would be appreciated.

Yes that the one for Punta Prima. Almerimar ic further down the coast near Almeria.

There is a difference in location of the 2 areas. I am unfamaliar with both of them but open minded about them as well. It may just come down to which one can I rent out year round.
