Can anyone advise me if the 30 days period has started yet ? i.e the 30 day period when it is necessary to officially register as a creditor?

We would like to accept your kind invitation to get together with Santa Anna friends.

We will not need accomodation and would prefer Chinese food. Often find Chinese restaurants are good for informal chats.

Nice to hear from you - especially as we are neighbours.

Hope you like loud rock music all night long!!!!

 - only joking we are looking for the peaceful life when we eventually retire.

This will not be for a few years yet so will be using villa for holidays and rental to friends and relatives etc.

Your wait has been particularly long so lets hope SJ cracks on. You would presume that they are as anxious as us to see properties completed - cashflow and all that.
