After 4 years of not being able to retrieve our deposit and first stage payment on an off plan apartment we are now considering purchasing an alternative. Can you advise us of extra costs eg taxes, utilities etc and a good lawyer as our previous one went bankrupt. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Do you have any advice for us as we bought off plan in Jan 2008 in phase 2 Condado de Alhama which has never been built. We do not want an alternative apartment . Polaris World do not reply to our messages and we would like our deposit and first stage payment returned.

We are new to the forum and wondering if anyone has news about this phase. We have been contacted by Polaris offering us alternative apartments at a discount as there is a delay on our property with no start date. We have our Spanish solicitors investigating and whether Polaris are in breach of contract.Parador owners club have been no use what so ever.We'd appreciate any info or if anyone is in a similar situation
